Being a 20 - year old woman in Chile

What advantages and disadvantages of being a 20 years old woman in Chile ? When I was 17, I wanted to go to every party, especially clubs.My friends could because they had adults faces, and I wasn't that lucky , I looked like a girl of 10 years of age and it was a disgrace!. But now, I am a woman of 20 years and I am BIG! And now nobody asks for my idendity card me to verify my age.

If you think that is only one advantage, you are wrong !!

When you're 20 years old in Chile everything is beautiful You can travel out of Chile without legal permission of your parents.

You can vote in presidential election, or any legal elections. This year is my first time I'll vote in a presidential elections, this is very important for me because I believe Chile can change, maybe not for my vote, but there many people my age with this thought; and we can do it.

Another advantage is that when you go out with your friends in the night, you can return to your house whenever you want, but always obeying to your parents rules, because for it is very important to sleep.

But being a woman of 20 years has disadvantages too:

Adults usually prey on our youth, sometimes I am really tired in the subway, after a tiring day of University, everything is perfect when I find an empty seat, but not all is bliss, when an adult sees you sitting, no matter how tired you come or if something happened to you, they treat you badly once, demanding that the seat.

If you are a woman you should be careful to walk alone at night, because there are bad men who might assault or rape you, it’s very bad.

In my presentation I will talk about Geotourism. Geotourism is a new concept generating increasing interest around the world.
The first institution that defined Geotourismo is National Geographic :
"A turism that sustains or enhances the character geographic place and its enviroment, heritage, aesthetics, culture and welfare of its inhabitants" .Geotourism is search the welfare of the local inhabitants.
What's is the role of the Geographers?
Geographers have teach to the local inhabitants about your enviroment, must ensure that appeals to tourist and for them, for example the geographer can teach about what is the important of the forests for the inhabitants and to the world, ecological , a historic street or just a beautiful landscape and your dengerous.
The Geographers should worry the integrity of the place: Enhance geographical character by developing and distinctly improving the localities, reflecting its nature and cultural heritage,and encourage market differentiation and cultural heritage.
When the Geographers do their work, so, the local inhabitants learn about their place, when they feel that they know everything their place ( culture, nature, the history of place, a better way to use energy or the ecological energy, etc.) is hour   of the turism for the people that want to visit place and they can enjoy of the nature.
The Geographers should plan where there should be high density resorts and where not, because sometimes this high density resorts can a negative impact on the enviroment.

Hi. I hope everyone is well. In this post y talk about me.
My name is Sofia Vásquez. I'm 20 years old and live in Santiago de Chile, in La Florida. I'm study Geography in the Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo at the Universidad de Chile. I don't like study but the society force me, because in this time all is for cash, but i don't like this. I dream about traveling around the world with my friend, and I think about playing guitar or any instruments to get money and pay my travel.
I'm afraid of doves, I don't know why, sometimes I think they are going to hit me.
I'm interested in traveling around the world and the healthy living.
On the weekends I like to play to guitar, and stay with my friends and family, sometimes I go to jogging with my friends, it's very funny. I'm good at playing guitar, I play guitar since 10 years old. I'm not good at cooking, i know cook only eggs. I'm glad when stay with my friends playing any instruments or when staying with my family .
I'm sad when stay alone in my house, or when not see my friends for much time. I don't believe in the power of cash and the political people. I have difficulty with talking english, I think I'm very bad. I laugh when I stay with my friends, because they are very funny. I cry when I think about is unfair or when I'm very angry.   I get angry when the people is irresponsible or unfair.
 I love it when I'm traveling, I'm sleeping in my bed or when I'm playing guitar.
